Industry introduction

Since the reform and opening-up, China economy develops at high speed and has growing demand for energy. Petroleum, a significant part of energy, has rocketing proportion and stabilizes to certain level in one-time energy consumption and production in China. Petroleum exploration in China is still at moderate mature stage and petroleum reserve is still at steady growth period with high basic value. Currently, China has become the second largest petroleum consumer worldwide. Although new energy automobile develops gradually, the traditional automobile industry is still the main market, gasoline and diesel are still main consumed energies.

Product application

Used as raw material for processing offshore oil blowout preventers, valve bodies, valves, centralizers and other petroleum machinery parts.

Technical Research and Development

● Utilize the advantages of hot metal hot charging production technology to ensure effective control of product purity and harmful elements to improve product comprehensive performance, and become the designated raw material supplier for GE Energy, Siemens, FMC and other products

● Provide raw materials for well-known domestic enterprises to produce 3.5 MW transition flanges for offshore wind power

● Joint research and development of marine low-carbon, ultra-low phosphorus, and ultra-low sulfur pipeline forging products, which have been approved by customers, and strive to replace imported steel

Honor and Qualification

The forging die casting steel ingot has passed ISO 9001:2008 quality management system, ISO 14001:2004 environmental management system and OHSAS 18001:2007 occupational health and safety management system certification. Steel ingot products have obtained EU PED certification.
