Angle steel is commonly called angle iron, and its cross-section is a long strip of steel with two sides perpendicular to each other in a right-angle shape. Angle steel has good toughness, high strength, good corrosion resistance, welding performance and surface properties. The main purpose is to make frame structures, such as towers for high-voltage power transmission. At present, the country vigorously promotes high-voltage power transmission projects, and large-size angle steel has been widely used.
Prestressed concrete steel bars (PC steel rods) have been widely used in power transmission due to their high strength and toughness, low relaxation, strong bondability with concrete, good weldability, upsetting properties, and material saving. Technical Research and Development
● Develop ∠220 and ∠250 large-size angle steels in China, and apply them to the "Hami South ~ Zhengzhou" ±800kV UHV DC transmission project in our country.
● Double straightening + powerful straightening technology is becoming more and more perfect, ensuring that the bending degree of large-size angle steel is within 0.1%
● Adopting a unique chemical composition design to overcome the problem of low yield strength of high-strength large-size angle steel in one fell swoop, while ensuring that the steel has good impact toughness
● Cooperate with State Grid to develop low temperature resistant high strength angle steel
● A fully automatic production line composed of on-line automatic straightening and rust removal, cold drawing scoring, on-line heating using high frequency induction heating furnace (secondary quenching heating and primary tempering heating), automatic control of heat treatment cooling water temperature, water penetration heat treatment, online rust prevention of finished products, and SVG harmonic elimination + reactive power compensation advanced equipment. Realizing the mode of energy-saving and environmentally-friendly automatic production, at the same time, ensure that the product quality reaches the domestic advanced level.
● R&D and production of large specifications and large cross-sectional area. When customers produce sea piles, the pipe diameter is larger, generally 800-1200mm, and the largest can even reach 1500mm. Therefore, when customers choose prestressed steel bars, they require steel bars to be 14mm or more. Through the cooperation of various departments of the branches, samples have been produced for customers to try.
● The surface of PC steel bar is automatically sprayed with anti-rust paint, and anti-rust products in rainy season have been developed.
