Longteng Special Steel won the China Industrial Award

Recently, the press conference of the 7th China Industry Awards was held in Beijing. Longteng special steel won the commendation award of China industry awards for its "new steel high strength steel bar industry demonstration project".

The China industry award is the highest award in China's industrial field approved by the State Council. It is selected every two years. Winning the China industry award is a full affirmation of the independent innovation, transformation and upgrading, green and low-carbon, Rural Revitalization and other work of enterprises.

As the second batch of products of "single champion of manufacturing industry", the high-strength prestressed concrete steel bar (PC steel bar) produced by Longteng special steel is in the leading position in the industry, and is called "the top of PC steel bar in China" by China Metallurgical news.

The new steel high strength steel bar industrialization demonstration project belongs to the iterative upgrading industrialization informatization demonstration project. Through joint research and development and customization, its production line has fully realized digitization, intelligence, informatization and automation.

The products of the project shall be produced by "30mnsil high strength new steel" independently invented by Longteng special steel, and "steel and its production technology for pre-stressed concrete steel bars that are not easy to brittle fracture" and "heat treatment technology for new pre-stressed concrete steel bars". At present, it has been widely used in prestressed components such as high-strength prestressed concrete centrifugal pipe piles, electric poles, elevated piers, ocean engineering and railway sleepers, and finally applied to industries and fields such as high-rise buildings, ocean engineering, bridges, high-speed railways, tunnels, new energy, aerospace, etc.

Relying on the national enterprise technology center, the company actively integrates external resources, stimulates scientific research power and releases innovation vitality. It has obtained a large number of achievements, and has independently owned 21 patents for new steel grades, new production processes and production equipment of the project, with the production efficiency increased by more than 30%.

In the production process of PC steel rod system, the company fundamentally solved the key technology of steel rod brittle fracture, replaced the domestic market share of Japanese standard products, passed the product certification of JIS in Japan, and realized the export of products to Japan.

The brittle fracture rate of steel bars produced by Longteng special steel is less than 0.1 ‰ (the average brittle fracture rate in the domestic industry is more than 5 ‰), which is at the domestic leading and foreign advanced level in the industry.

In addition, the power consumption per ton of new high-strength steel bars is low, which is of great significance for green development and ultra-low emissions, "carbon peak" and "carbon neutralization". Substituting 1million tons of PC steel bars for hpb235 hot rolled plain bars can save about 2.5 million tons of steel, indirectly reduce the consumption of 1.33 million tons of standard coal and 3.5 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions!
