World-class technology in the research on Targeted Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction of Longteng Grinding ball space time exchange

Semi-autogenous Grinding ball "time-space dynamic ball adding method" and ball mill "time-space delayed ball adding method" are two new technologies developed by Changshu Longteng Special Steel Co., Ltd. and Changshu Longte Grinding Ball Co., Ltd., bearing completely independent intellectual property rights.

On November 22nd, China Metallurgical Mining Enterprise Association and Jiangsu Provincial Industry and Information Technology Department co-hosted the "Evaluation of the Research on Targeted Energy saving and Consumption Reduction of LT Grinding Ball and Semi-autogenous Grinding/Ball Milling Space-time Exchange " in Longteng Special Steel. Wang Yunmin, Academician of China Academy of Engineering, Lei Pingxi, Chief Engineer of China Metallurgical Mining Enterprise Association, Huang Haiyong, Deputy Director of Technology Innovation Department of Jiangsu Provincial Industry and Information Technology Department, Ji Bingyuan, Chairman of Longteng Special Steel, Xu Sheng, President of Longte Grinding Ball and related experts from the national mining industry attended the conference.

The expert identification group is led by Wang Yunmin, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. The meeting conducted a comprehensive review and evaluation of the new products, the main technical indicators, technical level, market prospect, production capacity and social and economic benefits formed in the technological innovation activities of enterprises in accordance with the procedures, and made corresponding conclusions. Enterprise participation in the identification of new technology and new products is of great significance in accelerating product upgrading, technology accumulation, effectively cultivating research and development talents, and promotion and application of new products.

At the conference, Changshu Longteng Grinding Ball Co., Ltd., China Gold Group Inner Mongolia Mining Co., Ltd. and Anhui Masteel Mining Resources Group Gushan Mining Co., Ltd. jointly demonstrated the innovation points and research results of two new technologies in production process, economic benefits, consumption reduction and energy conservation. In practical application, the project can significantly reduce the ball consumption and power consumption of semi-automatic mill/ball mill, which has been unanimously affirmed by experts.

The evaluation and consultation expert committee considers that the technologies has generally reached the World top level and agrees to pass the evaluation.

The new technology of semi-autogenous mill and ball mill core control plus ball is adopted in the project to reduce energy consumption and save energy, which is conducive to protecting the surrounding environment and practicing Xi Jinping's concept of ecological civilization construction. It is of great significance for realizing the goal of double carbon and should be vigorously promoted and applied.

These two new pellet adding methods of Longteng Special Steel have been successfully applied in mine production, which belongs to the international initiative. They completely change the concept of mill pellet adding, focus on solving the problems of high ball consumption and high energy consumption in the grinding process, inject green energy to promote the high-quality development of mining enterprises, and practice the General Secretary Xi Jinping's sustainable development concept of accelerating the realization of carbon peak and carbon neutralization with practical actions.
