1.2738 MOLD STEEL 


Standard: Equivalent to China 3Cr2NiMnMo, Sweden (ASSAB) 718, and the United States P20+Ni


1.2311 mold steel has good comprehensive mechanical properties, high hardenability, and good polishing performance. It can achieve relatively uniform hardness for large-section steel (with a maximum pre hardening thickness of 700mm), which not only ensures the performance of the mold, but also reduces the production cycle and cost of the mold.


Main application: mainly used for molds with high surface finish requirements (such as home appliance shells and automotive interiors)
Ornaments, etc.), this steel grade is suitable for making large and medium-sized plastic molds.
